Kurokage[]
Yozakura respects Kurokage highly as he was the one that took her in when she was homeless after running away from being taken in from a family relative. He helped her grow up to become who she is while teaching her his ideology and also wanting her to walk her own path as a shinobi.
Siblings[]
While there has been little info about Yozakura's siblings, it's implied that they love and respect Yozakura as not only as their older sister but as a mother figure as well.
Gessen Girls' Academy[]
Yumi[]
Out of all of the Gessen Elites, Yozakura has the best relationship with Yumi as the two are usually working together to watch over the others at ease. In regards to trust, Yumi puts a lot of trust in Yozakura in regards to discussing a subject and coming to a proper decision. While they both have similar work ethics, they both love to spar with one another as a way to help improve one another with their skills while being modest at the same time.
Murakumo[]
Yozakura and Murakumo seems to have a stable relationship. They're not seen interacting by themselves throughout the series but they respect one another comrades and family in general, allowing themselves to work together as a team when the situation calls for it.
Shiki[]

Minori[]
Yozakura's and Minori's relationship is like a relationship of a mother and daughter. Yozakura looks after Minori the most as she wants to help Minori mature and act more like her current age, which is why she's willing to discipline her when necessary, as seen in Shinovi Versus. Despite failing on multiple occasions, Yozakura loves Minori and wishes to take care of her as if she was one of her younger siblings.

Katsuragi[]
Yozakura's and Katsuragi's relationship is a strong one as Yozakura respects Katsuragi for who she is as throughout the Gessen arc of Shinovi Versus, Yozakura didn't respect her due to her pervy antics, but thanks to her interactions with Haruka, she began to understand what it means to be free as she learned that Katsuragi sexually harasses people because it's her way of communicating with them. Understanding that, Yozakura was able to understand Katsuragi as a person and accepts her for who she is.
In the Hanzō arc, Yozakura demanded Katsuragi to kill her as she felt that it was her duty as a shinobi to finish off their opponent to win a fight. However, when she learned that Katsuragi's parents was the one that saved her in the past, she began to wonder how Kurokage would feel if she died. This caused Yozakura to thank Katsuragi for the lesson she learned.
Hebijo Clandestine Girls' Academy[]
Ryōna[]
Similar to Minori, Yozakura's relationship with Ryōna is like a mother/daughter relationship. However, this is only implied as during the Gessen arc, Ryōna greets and interacts with Yozakura as if she was her daughter while Yozakura interacts with her like a mother. Other than that moment, the series doesn't show the two interacting like that.

Yozakura's relationship with Homura is more of a rivalry one as seen in Yozakura's SGH in Shinovi Versus where Yozakura continues to fight Homura despite winning their spar as a way to help better her skills and understand her gauntlets' advantages and disadvantages better, while Homura continues to fight Yozakura as a way to better herself as well.
Haruka[]
Yozakura's relationship with Haruka is a respectful one as Yozakura respects Haruka for teaching her the idea of being free. In the Gessen arc of Shinovi Versus, Yozakura was annoyed about Haruka not taking their interaction seriously as she was about to eliminate her, but Haruka told her that she should learn to relax every now and then so that she can be able to see things from different perspectives than just her own. This becomes apparent when Yozakura was hesitant to kill Haruka after defeating her.
