After reviewing some of the edits made to the site during the user dispute, I've made the following changes.
- Since a majority of the dispute seems to center around the Dawn page I've protected it for 1 week so that editors will cool down.
- All Editors involved with the Edit War will be warned. If the edit war continues, blocks will (likely) have to be handed out.
