Sister's Duty is the Final Boss theme at the end of Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash, played at the last mission of the story during the Final Splash arc. As they were all actresses of this mission, this can be considered to be a common theme for Ryōki, Asuka, Homura, Miyabi and Yumi.
