Oukaensen (凰火炎閃 - Ōkaensen, lit. "Phoenix Fire Blaze Flash") is one of Ikaruga's Secret Ninja Arts and it appears throughout the Senran Kagura series.

Ikaruga raises Hien into the air as she channels, then makes two wide swings with her sword, each time releasing flames in the shape of a phoenix.
(Ikaruga is able to use this art after clearing Chapter 4 Mission 04.)
Deep Crimson[]

The move retains most of its uniform action from its previous version. Only now the Phoenix travels at a set trajectory and carries its targets up into the air, exploding shorty after. This causes far more damage to enemies that are ensnared by its grasp and there is a lesser chance of any escape.
Shinovi Versus[]

Ikaruga holds her blade to her side, before swinging and sending a phoenix flying out in front of her. It catches all enemies and carries them until the move collides with a wall, dealing multi-hit damage for as long as they remain trapped in the attack. This attack moves in a liner direction, however, unlike most linear attacks, avoiding this one may prove difficult. The wingspan of the Phoenix is great and has far superior reach than most other launch attacks.
Estival Versus[]

This move retains most of its uniform actions from DEEP CRIMSON and remains largely the same. Take into account that the move has far more range (width wise) and can carry twice as many enemies as before. The exploding aftermath has even greater impact as well.
