Her outfit primarily exists of sleeveless traditional dress that reaches to her knees, with light green and white patches throughout. She wears an open orange vest that covers her back, and her shoes look like traditional sandals with high, white socks. On her right hand, she wears a beige glove that covers three of her fingers, while on her right arm she does not wear a glove, but instead wears a white half-sleeve that reaches from halfway down her lower arm to her wrist. She also has a breastplate covering her right breast, adorned with a golden symbol of what looks to be a cherry blossom.
Personality[]
Mature, composed and supportive, she does her best to look after people. She is respectful and tries to maintain peace between Ui and those that Ui is rude to. She's also highly skilled in a variety of things.
Background[]
Hiyori's family acts as retainers to the Kagan branch family from Hanadome Village, which is why she has known Ui and Kazakiri since childhood. She was also close to Amane, even using nicknames for each other.
When Hiyori was 14, one of Yozakura's little sisters was adopted by her family. The girl quickly adapted to her new home and welcomed Hiyori as her sister. However, she never forgot about Yozakura, making Hiyori curious and hoping to meet her someday.
Story[]
Senran Kagura: New Link[]
Kagan Arc Since Hibari comes from the Kagan Clan, she visits her house in order to get more information about Toki, taking Yumi, Katsuragi, Ui and Hiyori alongside her. Hibari finds about her ancestor Sekirei, but the information about Toki contradicts with what Hiyori and Ui know about from Hanadome Village. However, Hibari is ambushed by Kazakiri and is defeated. Hibari decides to go to Tohno Village in order to train and become stronger. On their trip, Hiyori becomes close with Yozakura, as both have motherly and caring personalities. However, Yozakura notices that Hiyori knows a lot about her, even the fact that she had many siblings. Eventually Hiyori tells her that one of her little sisters was adopted by her family. Unfortunately they cannot meet due to the village's strict rules, although Yozakura is relieved that her sister is being taken care of. As days pass, Hibari feels down because she hasn't learned to use her Kagan any better. Hiyori deduces it must be because she's feeling guilty over Kazakiri's grudge against Hibari. She tells Hibari that her negative feelings are the reason why she hasn't mastered her Kagan yet and that she must use it for what she thinks it's best. Later Kazakiri and Amane try to ambush Tohno Village, although they're stopped by Hiyori and Ui. Eventually Kazakiri and Amane decide to change sides after their respective fights with Hibari and Haruka. Hiyori and Ui are happy to have their friends back, though they still help in the final battle against Toki. Back at the Shinobi Base, Hiyori, Ui, Kazakiri and Amane form a faction named Amagi Sealing Congregation, with a redeemed Toki as their leader. Character Story Later, the Instructor is worried she's working too hard trying to act as a reliable older sister, saying that she has the right to get pampered once in a while. Because of this, Hiyori develops feelings towards him. Although she asked him to spend more time with Amane to bring her out of her shell, Hiyori starts getting jealous.
